Place 1 tea bag in a cup and pour over hot, but not boiling, water. Use water at about 80–90 °C. Steep for about 2–3 minutes to bring out the tea's mild, creamy and aromatic character.
Milk Oolong is prized for its soft flavour and subtle creamy, buttery and floral notes. Properly prepared, the tea should not taste noticeably bitter, so it is important not to brew it with boiling water.
Oolong tea is ideal for re-infusing. When re-infusing, you can steep it a little longer.
