Place 1 tea bag in a cup and pour over hot, but not boiling, water. Use water at about 90 °C. Steep for 2–3 minutes to bring out the full flavour and aroma.
Remove the tea bag after steeping. The tea can be re-infused several times – with each new infusion the flavour may become milder and reveal itself a little differently.
Enjoy the tea warm or chilled. If you like, add honey or a slice of lemon or lime.
Not suitable for persons sensitive to any of the ingredients of this tea. Store in a dry, well-ventilated place. Protect from moisture and direct sunlight.
