Place 1 tea bag in a cup and pour over hot, but not boiling, water. Use water at 70–80 °C. Steep for 3–4 minutes to bring out the full flavour and aroma.
Remove the tea bag after steeping. The tea can be re-infused several times – with each new infusion its flavour may become milder and more subtle.
Enjoy the tea warm or chilled. Add honey or a slice of lemon or lime to taste.
