Pour 200 ml of water at 75–80 °C over 1 teaspoon of Mao Feng tea and steep for about 3–5 minutes.
The leaves can be infused again to taste.

About Mao Feng: white tea is made from young buds and leaves of the tea plant (Camellia sinensis), which are processed very gently. Thanks to this minimal processing, the tea retains a delicate aroma, a pale colour and a smooth flavour.
Perfect for a calm tea ritual when you want a lighter, more delicate cup. Mao Feng is best brewed with water that is not boiling, to bring out its gentle floral and sweet notes.
