About Matcha: Matcha is a very finely ground green tea made from the leaves of the tea plant (Camellia sinensis). It has a rich green colour, a bolder herbal taste and light umami notes.
Perfect for a morning or daytime tea ritual when you want a richer cup of green tea. Its flavour and aroma notes come through best with hot, but not boiling, water.
