Grinding recommendations:
1. Extra-fine grind: for Turkish coffee in a cezve (ibrik).
2. Fine grind: for espresso.
3. Medium grind: for AeroPress and pour-over/filter coffee.
4. Coarse grind: for French press.

Composition
Costa Rica SHB – this coffee is grown at 1,200–1,800 metres. The rich bouquet of these beans, with sweetness, pleasant floral tones and a citrus acidity in the flavour, will not leave any coffee connoisseur indifferent. The aroma also has chocolatey notes. Fruity aromas with hints of citrus dominate in the beans. The flavour has a wine-like acidity with hints of orange, mandarin and grapefruit. In the aftertaste you will notice touches of caramel and the subtle bitterness of dark chocolate.
Cocoa, grapefruit. Light to medium acidity. Bitterness below medium.

Colombia Supremo – one of Colombia's best-known coffees, grown at 1,200–2,000 metres above sea level on the slopes of the Andes. It is recognised as the best. Colombian Arabica is delicious, low in caffeine and highly aromatic. Tasting notes: full-bodied, above-average acidity, noticeable sweetness, slight bitterness. A medium roast softens the acidity, adds caramel notes and enhances the sweetness of the cup. Thanks to its versatile flavour profile, Colombia Supremo suits many coffee brewing methods.
Dark chocolate, caramel. Mild acidity, below medium. Very low bitterness.

Yellow Bourbon – the coffee made from this variety has such outstanding flavour and aroma qualities that experts unanimously rank it among the very best. It is full of spicy and nutty aromas, the balanced flavour carries notes of honey, and as the coffee cools slightly a subtle citrus acidity emerges. Yellow Bourbon is usually natural (dry) processed. Use it for espresso, as the base for milk drinks such as cappuccino or latte, in a French press or AeroPress, for pour-over/filter coffee, grind it finely and brew it in a cezve (Turkish ibrik), or simply make it in a cup.
Rich, balanced, with a light citrus acidity. Mild acidity, below medium. Low bitterness.
Roasted Brazil Yellow Bourbon 100% Arabica coffee beans
Natural (dry). The beans are sun-dried with all the fruit pulp intact, so they absorb sweet, fruity, full-bodied flavours (dark fruit, chocolate).
