Directions for use: dissolve the contents of 1 oral solution sachet in 500 ml of drinking water and stir well. Sip the prepared solution during and/or after training (physical exertion). Adults: take 1 sachet a day.

D-ribose is essential for the energy metabolism of every living cell as a structural component of adenosine triphosphate (ATP).
