Preparation
200 ml of water
Preparation and directions for use: stir 1 or more teaspoons (4.5 g each) into 200 ml of water – cold or warm, but not boiling. Mix well and drink immediately, before the ingredients settle. Take 1–3 teaspoons a day.
Storage conditions: once opened, keep tightly closed in a cool, dry, dark place, out of the reach of young children. Best used within 3 months.
