Composition

A blend of Guatemala and Ethiopia Yirgacheffe coffee beans – the Guatemalan coffee balances the high acidity of the Ethiopian. Chocolate notes from Guatemala and bright floral, tropical flavours from Ethiopia complement each other perfectly, making this blend one of the most popular in the whole coffee world.

Dark chocolate, peach, orange. Bright acidity, slightly above medium. Light to medium bitterness.

A blend of roasted Arabica coffee beans: Guatemala SHB 50% and Ethiopia Yirgacheffe 50%

Washed (wet) processing helps preserve a clean taste, a delicate aroma and brighter flavour notes.
Guatemala SHB – the acidity of this coffee is slightly above average. A pleasant chocolatey taste with pronounced sharpness and high acidity – from the very first sip you will discover a bold chocolate flavour with hints of spice and fruit. The drink is strong and thick, with a long-lasting smooth aftertaste.
Yirgacheffe is the highest-grown coffee in Ethiopia. The farms lie in the mountains at 1,800–2,150 m, among abundant tropical forests. The high altitude ensures almost no bitterness. A sweet coffee with notes of flowers, berries, milk chocolate and grapefruit. Hints of bergamot, jasmine and lemon come through in the flavour. This variety is almost ideal for espresso. It is characterised by sweetness and a balanced acidity that is never too high. It pairs beautifully with milk, giving a berry-yoghurt flavour with chocolatey notes.
Countries of origin of the beans: Guatemala, Ethiopia
