Description
For use in automatic espresso machines.
Follow the equipment manufacturer's instructions.
For use in traditional espresso machines:
1. Fit the blind filter into the portafilter and add 1 Cafiza tablet. Lock the portafilter into the group head.
2. Run the brew cycle for 10 seconds. Stop for 10 seconds. Repeat 5 times.
3. Remove the portafilter and rinse it under the water flow from the group head.
4. Lock the portafilter back into the group head without cleaner. Run the brew cycle for 10 seconds. Stop for 10 seconds. Repeat 5 times.
5. Make one cup of espresso and discard it so that no residue remains.
