Directions for use: adults: take the contents of 1 vial a day, preferably before meals. Drink the contents of the vial with water, or dilute in a glass of water (up to 45 °C) before use.
The liquid may become cloudy and a sediment may form on standing. Shake well before use.

Directions for use: take 2 gummies a day; chew them well before swallowing.
