Composition
ETNO Nykštukų herbal tea (Gnomes' Tea)
A pleasant-tasting tea to delight your taste buds and those of your little ones. The rosehips it contains are an excellent source of vitamin C, which the body especially needs. Caraway fruit and lemon balm may help improve digestion.
About the herbs: caraway (Carum carvi) – one of the oldest spice plants used in Europe, giving the tea a distinctive earthy warmth. Dog rose (Rosa canina) – a wild rose whose fruit is traditionally used in herbal teas, lending a natural tang and a beautiful colour. Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) – a popular perennial grown in Europe for centuries for its pleasant, citrus-tinged scent.
Perfect for an evening ritual – when the day is drawing to a close and you want to slow down. Best enjoyed warm; sweeten with honey to taste.
A friendship of herbs and berries from forest and meadow – caraway fruit, rosehips and lemon balm leaves – creates a warm, sweetish cup with a light citrus note. Caraway gives the tea its distinctive warm aroma. Rosehips add a natural tang and a beautiful colour. Lemon balm brings a subtle lemony scent that makes this cup so calming.
Caraway fruit, rosehips, lemon balm leaves
Herbal teas are made from the flowers, leaves, fruit or roots of plants – not from the leaves of the tea plant (Camellia sinensis), which are used to make black, green and white tea. It is the leaves of the tea plant that contain caffeine.
