Description
Directions for use: stir 1 teaspoon (approx. 4.5 g) into 200 ml of water (cold or warm, but not boiling). Drink immediately. Take 1–3 times a day as needed (3 teaspoons contain ~13 g of inulin), 15–20 minutes before meals.
The powder can be dissolved in drinks or sprinkled over food such as yoghurt, porridge, soups and salads.
*The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 12 g of chicory inulin.
Not suitable for persons with swallowing difficulties.
