1) Directions for use: dissolve the contents of one sachet in a glass of hot (up to 60 °C) water and drink. Children aged 3 to 6: 1 sachet a day. Children over 6 and adults: twice a day recommended.
2) Directions for use: take 2 gummies a day, chewing them well. Take twice a day. Suitable for children aged 3 years and over.
3) Pour 200 ml of boiling water over 1 tea bag (1.5 g) and cover. Steep for 10 minutes, then squeeze out the tea bag. Drink 1 glass of tea 3 times a day.
