Žvarbio’s recipe for a white winter, a dry little nose, warm little hands and a clear, ringing little throat:
pull woolly socks onto your little feet, snuggle up in a downy blanket and, hugging a cup of tea in your chilly little hands, grow a ball of warmth in your tummy.
Number of tea bags: 20
Manufacturer: UAB Acorus Calamus, Lithuania.
Children under 4 years: pour 150 ml of boiling water over 1 tea bag and cover. After 10 minutes, squeeze out the tea bag. Give 1–2 times a day. Children from 4 years: pour 150 ml of boiling water over 1–2 tea bags and cover. After 10–15 minutes, squeeze out the tea bags. Give 2–3 times a day.
Important: consult a paediatrician before preparing the tea and, unless the paediatrician advises otherwise, prepare and give the tea as directed. Not suitable for children who are allergic to any of the ingredients. Serve the tea at body temperature; it may be sweetened. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.
