Description
Preparation and use: Place 1 tea bag in a cup, pour over 150 ml of boiling water and cover. Steep for 3–5 minutes to let the tea develop its full qualities, then remove the tea bag.

Ingredients: ginkgo (Ginkgo biloba) leaves, sage (Salvia officinalis) leaves, dandelion (Taraxacum officinale) leaves, peppermint (Mentha piperita) leaves, rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) leaves, zinc citrate, cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12).

Ingredients: valerian (Valeriana officinalis) root, hop (Humulus lupulus) cones, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) leaves, peppermint (Mentha piperita) leaves.
