Directions for use: adults: take the contents of 1 vial a day, preferably before meals. The contents of the vial (10 ml of liquid) can be taken with water, or diluted before use in a glass of water at no more than 45 °C. Shake the vial well before use.
The liquid may become cloudy and a sediment may form on standing. Shake well before use.
A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.

Composition
Zinc contributes to normal fertility and reproduction and to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood.
Zinc contributes to normal DNA synthesis, normal macronutrient metabolism and normal protein synthesis, and also contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Selenium contributes to normal spermatogenesis.
Selenium contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Maca root may help maintain normal fertility and normal physical and mental condition.
Tribulus fruit may help maintain normal sexual function.
Saw palmetto fruit may help maintain normal prostate and urinary function in men and normal reproductive function.
